Purpose of processing
Your data, collected or acquired during the selection interview, will be processed for recruitment and personnel selection purposes.
Subjects to whom data may be communicated
Your data may be communicated only to those directly responsible for functions related to the management of the selection procedure and the employment relationship, including third parties, such as trade union organizations, operators in the field of personnel selection, labor consultancy, data processing, training and health and safety at work, as well as personnel of the specifically appointed Structure and public administrations and entities interested in the legal-economic, social security and welfare position of the employee.
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties without your prior and specific consent.
Duration of personal data retention
Your personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to evaluate your position, in compliance with other civil and tax regulations that may determine longer retention periods. The CVs of candidates deemed suitable will be kept in our archives for a maximum of 6 months, in accordance with the company privacy policy.
Only candidates considered suitable and invited to an interview will be contacted again. A ranking will be formed, which will remain valid until a subsequent selection.
Rights of the data subject
You have the right at any time to request the Data Controller access to your data (confirmation of the existence of data concerning you, their origin), as well as rectification, updating or deletion of the same. You will receive a response within 30 days in writing (unless you specifically request an oral response), also by electronic means. You also have the right to request restriction of processing or to object to it. You may finally request the portability of your data to another controller.
Right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority
If you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully, you have the right to contact the Supervisory Authority to lodge a complaint.
Mandatory nature of data provision and consequences of failure to provide data
Providing your data to the Controller is mandatory in order to properly manage and evaluate your professional profile (purpose referred to in point b); failure to provide it will make it impossible to continue the procedure.
Automated decision-making processes
The Controller does not use any automated decision-making processes concerning your personal data.
