The Board of Directors of
TRENTO FUNIVIE S.p.A. informs that it has adopted the “Organization and Management Model” provided for by Legislative Decree 231/01, integrated with art. 30 Legislative Decree 81/08 for the prevention of crimes of negligent homicide and serious and very serious negligent injuries related to violations of health and safety regulations at work and the Code of Ethics and Conduct.
This Model aims to prevent specific crimes expressly indicated by the legislation (so-called predicate offenses) and contains a series of protocols aimed at ensuring that activities are carried out in compliance with the rules of sound and proper administration and management, as well as the rules for the protection of workers' health and safety and environmental protection.
As provided, the Board of Directors, to complete the Model, has established a Supervisory Body (ODV) tasked with overseeing compliance with and the functioning of the Model, its protocols, and the Code of Ethics and Conduct.

This address can be used to send a report to the Supervisory Body (OdV) regarding a committed or attempted violation of the Code of Ethics of TRENTO FUNIVIE S.p.A., the Organization, Management and Control Model (general part and special parts).
The same tool can be used to send observations and improvement proposals of the Code of Ethics to the OdV.
Reporting parties, whose identity is not disclosed by the OdV, are protected against any form of discrimination, penalty, and retaliation.
The OdV guarantees the absolute confidentiality and anonymity of good faith reporting parties, in compliance with the provisions of the Code of Ethics of TRENTO FUNIVIE S.p.A. and applicable laws.
