Whistleblowing

In implementation of Legislative Decree 10 March 2023, no.24, the Company has equipped itself with the required channels for receiving and managing reports called “whistleblowing”.

Who can report?

Persons with functions of administration, management, control, supervision or representation within the Company;
All workers, collaborators, freelancers, consultants, volunteers, trainees, paid and unpaid, who provide their work within the Company;
Subjects who have held the above roles in the past, if the information on violations was acquired during the relationship and subjects with whom the relationship has not yet arisen – for example candidates for personnel selection or employees during the probation period.

Areas of potential reporting

Information on any unlawful act – or founded suspicion of unlawful act – administrative, accounting, civil and criminal may be reported. Information on violations may also concern violations not yet committed which the whistleblower reasonably believes could be committed based on concrete elements. Such elements may also be irregularities and anomalies (symptomatic indices) that the reporter believes may give rise to one of the violations provided for by the Decree.
