First time skiing: what do you need?

It is important to have the right equipment for a first approach on the snow. At the Monte Bondone rentals you will find everything you need and the advice you are looking for.
Dress in layers: a thermal base layer, shirt and pants, directly in contact with the skin; an intermediate layer to keep you warm (fleece or light jacket); finally, an outer layer with windproof, water-repellent and padded ski jacket and pants.

And of course, don't forget the gloves!
Skis, boots and poles: ask the rental staff for advice to find the equipment best suited to your skills and physical characteristics.
Helmet and goggles: choose a helmet of the right size (we remind you that it is mandatory to wear it on the track, regardless of age!).
Choose goggles with the right lens according to the light conditions.
Start with a good warm-up and get familiar with the equipment and the environment. Our instructors will take care of everything else.
