On Monte Bondone there are agents of the Local Police Trento Monte Bondone Ski Safety and Rescue Service Team and volunteers of the Italian Red Cross who throughout the winter season ensure control, safety, and prompt intervention on the slopes in case of a skiing accident. In particular, the agents monitor compliance with the behavioral rules to be followed on the ski slopes as provided by provincial and state regulations in order to ensure greater safety among skiers (e.g., speed, proper use of helmets, etc.) and, assisted by the Red Cross personnel, provide first aid to people involved in accidents or injuries, ensuring initial assistance as well as the timely ascertainment of any responsibilities.
